I thought Id do a quick update to explain why I’ve been so quiet recently. Ive been suffering with dodgy discs in my back, so yesterday I went to hospital for a steroid injection. Its kinda hard to workout when your back is out of play as its the centre of everything.
I should hopefully recover in a few days, and will be back to working out! In the meantime Ive downloaded the “myfitnesspal” app to make sure I’m getting my full amount of calories (I’m aiming for around 1830 a day at the moment) and it helps keep track of what i eat to make sure its clean.
Also I will be using my ab belt whilst Im unable to do anything, though i have no idea if it works as Ive only recently been given it. Still. Anythings better than nothing!
